my best friend and i were eating lunch at the cafeteria today, and she asked me how my spiritual life is. i hesitated and said "it's good."
but she knew that my heart was saying something completely different. everything is not okay. i struggle, everyday. i struggle everyday not knowing God's plan for me after graduation. I struggle with my walk, knowing that God has his best set out for me. I know I am not the only one struggling with these kinds of problems.
sometimes, i get upset with God because he hasn't revealed everything to me just quiet yet. But i need to be patient. And that is always something that i have struggled with.
Being patient...
i get nervous so quickly, that i end up making rash decisions that end up hurting my mom's feelings. instead of waiting on her to hear if she could take off work during my Christmas break to go out to Vegas, i bought the tickets anyway. and now, she is coming out a little later than me, so i will only get one night to spend with her in Vegas.
i am not that girl that has everything together, so let the illusion shatter before your eyes.
but a part of me still has faith, and that is all that matters to God and me.
that small inch of faith can move mountains!
"Jesus said to them, "Because you have so little faith. For sure, I tell you, if you have faith as a mustard see, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to over there,' and it would move over. You will be able to do anything."
Matthew 17:20
